FleetSys is a fleet management system, which includes workshop and stock modules, and was designed for the small and medium sized operator who is often left in the cold when it comes to transport software because of the high prices involved.

Easier than using paper and pen or spreadsheets it is designed so that you can take control of inspections, services, MOTs and all other associated items. Details can be accurately recorded and is suitable for HGV, trailers, LGV and other vehicle types. The system can be fully networked which means that entries made in the workshop are immediately available to be viewed in the office.

Plus there are no limitations on the number or type of vehicle you can enter.                            

Vehicles

Accurate and meaningful records are the key to good fleet management. Whether it’s keeping on top of all your inspections and services or keeping track of the fuel consumption of all your vehicles a computerised system will help you keep on track.

FleetSys allows you to manage all types of vehicle for inspections, services, certificate renewals (including LEZ), costs and a lot more. Images, scanned documents and Microsoft documents can all be stored against the respective vehicle or driver. You can also supervise your drivers with records that include licence details, absences, training and endorsements.

Workshop

The FleetSys workshop system allows you to plan your workshop giving you full control over the administration and effective utilisation of work flow. Inspection, service and job sheets can be easily created and printed for each vehicle.

All the work for your workshop is viewed in a diary format that can be shown as a day, week or a month meaning that you can instantly see what availability you have. As well as this all parts that you use are automatically deducted from your stock levels when selected from your stock.

Stock Control

The stock control system allows you to maintain and report on your stock levels. With a greater degree of accuracy involved with your stock the cost benefits are soon realised.

All stock that has been entered is available for use on all of your vehicles and is automatically reduced each time you assign a part. The benefit of this is that you can immediately see from a report your low stock levels and start your ordering process before you run out of parts.

Our pricing is simple, so simple and reasonable that we have put it on the front page as we have nothing to hide. You can have a system from only £150 per annum. That is equivalent to just -

£12-50 per month

That price gets you unlimited vehicles, unlimited entries, unlimited jobs and unlimited users. If you want it on more than one computer then each extra computer is just £20-00 per annum and we don’t have any set up fees either. All email support is free and for the first year remote support is free as well (subsequent years are only £20-00). And we don’t tie you in to long contracts either!

Michael Fox is the author of FleetSys and is also the author of the CoachManS suite for the coach and bus industry. Michael has written and designed software for various large and small companies including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Videotron.

In 2003, after looking at the software available for the coach and bus sector and the high prices that often accompanied it, he decided that a similar product could be offered but at a much more reasonable price.
